The link between food allergy and eczema in young children

Discover the connection between food allergy and eczema in young children, and the impacts they have on each other. We will also be dishing out tips on treatments and prevention.

About the Speaker: Hugo Van Bever joined the National University Singapore as Professor, Senior Consultant, and Head of Paediatric Allergy and Immunology the Department of Paediatrics in June 2002. His research is focused on eczema, food allergy, allergic rhinitis, sublingual immunotherapy, and primary prevention of allergy.

How one mum’s struggles with baby allergies and eczema started a movement

Amanda leads the non-profit start-up ‘Eczema and Allergy Support Foundation’ otherwise known as SPEAK. She is starting a series of programmes with the National Library Board (NLB) in 2021 to galvanise the community to have meaningful conversations on how we can better cope living with eczema and allergies.
